Quebec tiny home village offers Minimaliste homes, investment opportunities

Minimaliste, a prominent Canadian tiny home builder and Domaine Escapad, a cottage development, are teaming up to offer mini-cottages for family use and rentals in the beautiful southern Quebec region.

Focusing on nature and outdoor experiences, this cottage community offers access to alpine and cross-country skiing on Mont Adstock, as well as hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and snowmobile trails. The year-round activities include lake access for swimming and water sports as well.

The Minimaliste-designed and built cottage is 12’x20’ for a 240 sqft living space and includes a queen bed, full bathroom, and a functional kitchenette (cooktop, sink, and mini fridge). It is hooked up to utilities in the community – water, electricity and sewage. The building is on a foundation and is CSA A277-certified for factory-built homes to ensure year-round comfort.

The “turnkey” price of $169,500 CAD + taxes includes the building and land, with additional lot size available for purchase. Delivery/installation and utility hookups are not included in the price.
