Minimaliste builds Quebec City’s first ADU

And the first ADU in Quebec City goes to…. Minimaliste!
An established tiny homes on wheels builder, Minimaliste announced last year that they would be offering tiny homes on foundations, certified to Manufactured Home standards.
Now, Quebec City bylaws have caught up with the times. As ADUs become part of the city’s zoning, Minimaliste is ready with a building code compliant offering that can be placed in backyards across the city.
We are excited that Minimaliste was the one contracted to build the first ADU in the city. Well deserved!
