We build for land or water, and for four seasons in Canada with approximately R30 insulation all around, above and below.

We are in Wallaceburg, Ontario and use Advanced Light Galvanized Steel Rigid Framing for our builds. This makes it possible to put our models on barges on the water and to lift them by crane for moving, building or configuring. We are licensed boat builders and build our models to marine codes, complete with Hull Identification Numbers (HIN), because boats can go where some tiny homes cannot (marinas, decommissioned gravel pits, agricultural ponds, small lakes, protected coves, slow moving rivers, wetlands etc.).

We are also undertaking pilot projects to build and place our Aqua Lift homes that can be placed in flood prone areas. We do have insurance (upon inspection) and financing (upon qualifying) available for our models. We build for private customers, marinas, entrepreneurs, Airbnbers, Hipcampers etc.
