By Smart Scale Tiny Homes is a division on Smart Scale Group. We currently have 3 pre-designed models ranging from 320 to 704 square feet. We have multiple options available for both interior and exterior finishes. We also have the ability to customize to any size or design.
What truly sets us apart is how we build. Our building envelopes are constructed with ZS2 TechPanels. They are Structural Insulated Panels made with Magnesium based cement board skins, EPS rigid insulation and structural framing members. Our TechPanels are highly fire resistant, water resistant and impervious to mold, with an extremely low carbon footprint and no VOC’s/off-gassing.
