North Channel Tiny Homes

Although most TINY HOME communities are designed for low-income folks, we recognize that many prospective buyers would like a few more amenities so we’ve designed an upscale TINY HOME that has a fire-viewing woodstove in an attached sunroom/conservatory that we call the MUSKOKA ROOM – a perfect environment to observe and enjoy nature.

Our TINY HOME comes complete with a full bathroom including a luxurious deep-soaking walk-in tub and a bidet toilet, plus the kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave-convection oven, washer/dryer, and a full-sized fridge.

For entertainment it has a high-end BOSE home theatre system with an 85” HDTV.

Our TINY HOME is designed to be self-sustaining with over 4 kW of solar on the roof, with NET METERING if its tied to the grid.
