Off grid appliances include hot water on demand, range and fridge. Fridge was replaced in 2021 due to warranty. It has eight months left on it. Extended warranty can be purchased anytime before warranty ends. Combo washer dryer fits under the stairs and runs on 120v power.

All floors are plywood and walls are 1×8 fir. Wood stove is pacific energy and was inspected in 2019.

Plywood cupboards makes for lots of storage in a small space. Vinyl windows installed throughout the house and all siding is yellow cedar shingles.

Comes with the deck that is 20’ wide by 14’ ling. Standing seam metal roofing on the deck and the house. Deck will need to be disassembled before moving

12000BTU ductless heat pump was installed in 2019 to help take the chill off in the winter morning and to keep the house cool during the summer.

50amp panel is what runs the place, but it’s much less than that with the LED lights and off grid appliances.

Bathroom includes three pieces. 3×3 shower, sink and Seperatt compost toilet. There is also an outdoor shower.
