Details submitted by the seller:

I’m hoping to sell my tiny home in order to pay off my student loans and to help pay for grad school. I’m also open to offers.

This tiny house is built out of 6x6s on a steel rig mat. It is easily portable and I have a moving company lined up already if you’d prefer to not have to find your own.

All the electrical is professionally done and up to code. The water systems are self contained for an off-grid style living, similar to a holiday trailer. However, plumbing could easily be added if you wanted to make it a more permanent structure.

The outside dimensions are 30x10x14, the inside dimensions are 25×9 on the main floor and the loft is 10×9. The roof and floor are fully insulated, and I’ve been using electrical heaters for heat.

The main floor has a kitchen with a full sized fridge and full sized sink. I have shelving built underneath the stairs to the loft that I use as extra storage room and a pantry. The washroom has a toilet but I don’t currently have a shower. A small one could be added if the buyer wanted.

The living room has space for a good sized couch, a tv and tv stand. A large shelving unit is already built into the wall for books, dvds, decor, etc. There is also space for a small table to eat at. The loft acts as the bedroom and fits a queen sized bed, a dresser and a small tv and tv stand
