This tiny home is brand-new never used. It is equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. The home itself is 8’x24’. The exterior of the tiny home is made from black vertical steel sheets and distinction faux wood steel cladding.

The tiny home is equipped for all 4 seasons, is powder coated for increased durability, and the windows are residential-grade tempered glass.

The dining table seats up to 4 people and can transform into an extra bed (76×40). The kitchen comes with a Furrion stainless propane range/oven a stove top with a retractable glass cover and a 12v range hood with a light. It is also equipped with a Furrion Stainless 12V refrigerator, a 9cu/ft with freezer included, and a double tub sink with a stainless steel faucet.

The bathroom includes a 24×36 acrylic tub with a shower head and tub faucet, a Domestic 310 flush toilet, a 12’’x18’’ ceramic sink and a single-handle stainless faucet. The bathroom is also equipped with a medicine cabinet with a mirror door.

The bedroom comes equipped with a queen-size gel memory foam mattress. Two closets and drawers on each side of the bed. And storage underneath the bed base. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the home with a sliding door.

The nomad model is heated with propane, a 30,000btu propane furnace is included. For air exchange, the nomad is equipped with a humidity extractor in the bathroom, and an air exchanger specifically the Blauberg Heat recovery (HRV), 12V, with direct or wifi control.
