The tiny home is off-grid and currently located in a beautiful farmland area near Janetville, Ontario. It is possible to rent the lot that it is currently on or move it to your location. If the house stays where it is, it can’t be used as an AirBNB.
There’s so much to love about this tiny house. It features a main-floor bedroom and a really impressive amount of storage. The True North Tiny Homes signature L-shaped counter gives you a kitchen island space to spread out your holiday baking and enjoy a coffee with a friend. Just found out Bluewater Village, Goderich, Ontario allows tiny homes. But I need to contact them to see if there is a lot on their site to park the tiny home which would actually be my primary residence twelve months a year. I have been watching Tiny HOmes on HGTV which take you through the actual building etc…
Finally found a place I could have one yo love in all year round.
