This 4-season home was professionally built by the family home-building company, Dyna Developments in St. Albert and features all of the high-end amenities you will ever need to stay warm and comfortable in any season – a wood burning stove, in-floor heating, and so much more. The house is 28’ 6” (L) x 8’ 6” (W) x 13’ 6” (H) and sits on a custom-engineered trailer specifically designed for this tiny home. Inside, you’ll find all of the natural light you’ll ever need with 11 windows, a kitchen with a full-size range, a large bedroom loft, tons of storage, a washer/dryer, and a spacious bathroom complete with a high-end composting toilet and large shower. The exterior of the home is designed to be zero-maintenance for any environment with full metal siding and roof.
