  1. I’m considering doing a small development of twelve permanent homes with a full basement to be a fourth bedroom or family room. I saw somewhere a two story design for ace ment foundation. The knowers would own their own plot of land(all be it small). The idea is to offer to the lower income market a top quality product at a very reasonable price that they can take pride in owning.

    Two full story not a loft type with 3 full baths and one toilet and sink for quests. If you have anything like that on the drawing board with a ball park idea for price, please advise. Thanks
