This bright spacious tiny house can be used for many purposes besides just a primary residence—cottage, Airbnb, etc. as it includes a full kitchen, 4pc bathroom, living space, 2 lofts & mechanical closet and can be used year-round! Windows are abundant for light and ventilation. Construction began summer of 2018 and has been utilized for 3 years.

The kitchen components consist of a propane 4-burner stove & oven (brand: Unique); an apartment sized fridge (brand: Danby); and a large kitchen sink with farmhouse faucet. Full bathroom includes a clawfoot tub with shower head feature, live edge countertop with glass bowl sink and Nature’s Head Composting Toilet.

Living area includes a foldable live-edge bench in two sections to accommodate various living room set ups. Stairs to primary loft boast lots of storage as does privacy unit in primary loft. Second loft can be accessed via rock climbing holds but new owners could add a ladder for ease of access.

Currently set up with a potable water tote as a water source for the winter months and RV drinking hose for warmer months. Heated via Martin Propane Heater. Electrical source has been through an extension cord to a main house, however, could switch to a solar set up quite nicely.

Fridge, stove, water tote & insulated tarp are inclusive in the sale. All non-affixed features are not included in the sale; however, kitchen island & two 40lb propane tanks could be negotiated.
Buyer is responsible to remove from site and transport. Site agreement is not included in purchase, trailer only and must be moved.
