Winter tires are needed to get up the hill. We do live on the property with two young children and are cautious of who we rent to. We are happy to set up phone calls and see if we are a good fit. We really enjoy the peaceful lifestyle and opportunity for healthy living here.
It is a 1 acre property with 9 acres behind of mountain forest. Across the street is a forest. You will be able to see the house next door and on the other side of the parking spot is our house. Both are about 100 feet from the spot.
