Noyer XL by Minimaliste

The Noyer XL is definitely one of our most popular floor plans. The main sleeping loft is completed with a downstairs bedroom at the back of the home that can be used for a kid's room or a home office. This space can fit a double bed while the loft bedroom can fit a queen size bed. The upraised living area is also a great feature for optimal storage. The kitchen includes all of the essentials while allowing for a dedicated space to eat at a table with a comfortable seat, one of the key elements in this design. The bathroom in the Noyer XL is compact, but optimized to make it really functional, even for full time living. In terms of design, the exterior shape is more dynamic than our other models, which is appreciated by all Noyer owners.
