P02 by Instead

P02 is the second iteration of our our first tiny home model, designed and built for life in Canada. This house features a full ground-level bedroom as well as additional loft space than can accommodate guests. This house can be equipped with an off-grid set-up or plugged in to the grid. Many customizations are available to make this house uniquely yours. In the design of this house, we have focused on usability of each space while keeping the colour and material pallet minimal. Use of wood texture (optional) creates a calm and peaceful space with a flood of natural light through the massive doors and windows. The house is designed for natural ventilation through the windows but an air-conditioning unit can be added as well upon request. Propane or electric heating systems are available as options. We build these units to order and our waitlist is first come first served basis. We are currently booking projects for 2023. All information available on our website.
