MiniLux Extended A Frame kits can be shipped anywhere in the world via reusable shipping containers and assembled on your site within 24 hours. Our A Frame XL model accommodates the kitchen/bathroom and is fully insulated to R24. The units are constructed out of Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP's) and measure 30 long by 15 feet wide by 14 high. SIP's are extremely energy efficient, quick to assemble and totally impervious to rot, mould, fire, etc.The Extended A Frame offers 450 square feet of insulated, weatherproof living space. This model also includes a 50 square foot deck panel for catching rays. Our kits include everything you need for a fully self-contained off-grid mini home.Included: floor/roof SIP panels, sliding glass windows and doors with UV film, metal screens and all hardware needed for assembly.Optional upgrades: solar kit, vinyl flooring, shower stall, bathroom vanity, interior barn style sliding doors, compost toilet, kitchen counter/sink and corner cabinets for extra storage.
