Nordica by Tiny Homes on the Prairie

At Tiny Homes on the Prairie, we work with each client to give them everything they need to make tiny home living a reality in our cold climate. Each home is unique and a reflection of the owner's personal style. All of our homes have triple pane windows, R40 ceiling insulation and R24 wall insulation, meeting the Manitoba building codes. We use metal on our home exteriors for durability and low maintenance. Make yourself at home in our 33ft, Z240 MH CSA certified Nordica, featuring birch as an optional interior wall finish. Upon entry, there is plenty of storage for jackets in the hallway closet. Heading into the custom built kitchen, the cabinets are a high gloss black with quartz countertops. The stainless steel fridge, gas cooktop, and wall oven are included. At the back, the primary bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen size bed with 2 full-length closets. Above is a large, open storage loft, complete with a skylight. The bathroom features an upgraded shower, a composting toilet (can be switched to a flushing unit), and an anti-fog mirror. There are also hookups for a washer/dryer combo. Throughout the home, floor heat runs under the vinyl flooring. The custom blackout curtains are included as well. A propane heater and an on-demand propane hot water tank keeps the home warm in winter and the ductless A/C split keeps it cool in summer.
